Our Mission
Founded in 1986 by Bob Hamacher, the Roadrunner Softball Organization develops the talents and aspirations of young women in fastpitch softball by competing at the highest level against the toughest competition in the country. The program is committed to an environment where every athlete reaches her full potential — on the field and in the classroom — while growing into a caring, productive member of her community. Coaches and parents work side by side to help these young women flourish, earn scholarships, and receive a quality college education.
Our Primer
Believe
Mental readiness first. Confidence is trained, not wished for.
Build
Skill, strength, and verified measurables — built rep by rep, measured honestly.
Become
Student-athletes ready for college softball and for what comes after it.
Our Path
Mental Readiness
The center of the path — focus, confidence, and composure when the game speeds up.
Offense / Batting
Barrel control, situational hitting, and pressure at the plate.
Defense / Fielding
First-step quickness, clean transfers, and outs recorded.
Athleticism / Fitness
Speed, strength, and the durability to hold up across a full season.
Team Synergy / Cohesion
Trust, communication, and one standard in the dugout and on the field.
Program History
Championship seasons are highlighted in gold.

Recruiting Resources
Every Roadrunner builds one organized recruiting profile: identification and contact info, academics, verified metrics only, short labeled video, current schedule, and character and extracurriculars. Nothing goes to a college coach until the coaching staff has reviewed and certified it.
What a complete profile includes, section by section — the checklist our athletes build from.

For College Recruiters
Full athlete profiles — stats, verified measurables, video, and schedules — live in a gated recruiter area. To see individual player profiles, you first request access with your name, email, and school (if applicable). The coaching staff reviews and approves every request by hand before any profile is visible — no open access, no exceptions.
Status: the request form is built (see the Request Access page). The approval queue and profile logins wire up at launch; until then, requests route to the coaching staff by email.
Follow the Team
Game-day graphics, schedule updates, and final scores are posted to the team accounts as games are played.
